We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or product changes within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by Trey Custom LLC.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
